Hey Guys,

Remember to be checking this weekly! We have two of our tunes in for this week, so please be sure to bring all of your instruments, as well as Cold Duck time from last week. We are going to be using that as one of the tunes. Jacq you will need the Harp for this week "Detour" has a really cool harp part in it.

Hello Guys,
Sorry for the cancelation of Jazz Band last week. Unfortunately I was under the weather, and a few of our students had a tennis match so I thought it best to start this week. If we could ALL have a blank manuscript book this year (full page sized) I think it would be ideal. I want to start teaching you guys simple improvisational techniques and compositional skills that you will need. You can feel free to make a binder and just print free stuff off the internet, or go to the store and shell out $4-6 for a blank manuscript book. Please bring them, and your instruments to rehearsal this Thursday.
